For us, each bottle is a small piece of art elaborated with passion and precision for over two years and intended to provoke pleasure and happiness to the ones who drink it.

It is a modest work of art because it is ephemeral, destined for enjoyment before its disappearance.

We have chosen the name “Sao“ because it is a word with special
sonorous qualities, intricately linked to the soil, and that in
Catalan means “maturity, perfection, and optimally fertile earth“.

The foliage patterns that appear on our bottles try to convey a similar
philosophy. We put our utmost effort into creating a product of the
highest quality, with an elegant and original design, that transmits
the passion we feel for our land as well as a steady and meticulous
work ethic.
