The origin of everything. The essence. Our beings stem from the soil, a principle that we have ever present. We cherish, we respect and we labour the soil in a meticulous and constant manner.
For this reason, our wines are called Saó, a word that speaks of the earth and that means “MATURITY, PERFECTION AND OPTIMAL HUMIDITY” in the local catalan language.
We strive to unearth this uniqueness in each of our bottles because we like our wine to embody the finest elements of its birthplace.
