New elaborations with the recovered variety Trobat, in organic farming. You can find more information <a href=\"https:\/\/innovi.cat\/trobat\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Operation 16.01.01 of Cooperation for innovation of the Rural Development Program of Catalonia 2014-2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Trobat is an old variety of black grape very characteristic of Lleida. It is used to make wine and results in red, light wines with a particular flavor. Currently, its cultivation is in strong regression and it only survives in some vineyards dedicated to self-consumption.<\/p>\n<p>The objectives of the project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction of new products on the market: organic monovarietal trobat wines, a variety of Vitis vin\u00edfera that has historically been widely cultivated throughout the DO territory and is currently in danger of disappearing.<\/li>\n<li>Genetic enrichment of the productive potential of the DO, with a better typification of a variety linked to the territory, which allows giving the final consumer a more precise idea of \u200b\u200bthe different &#8220;lands&#8221; of the DO.<\/li>\n<li>Enrichment of the tools available to the sector, wineries and winegrowers, to obtain products with greater added value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The objective of the technical monitoring is the agronomic and oenological evaluation of a variety historically present in the territory of the DO Costers del Segre and that is currently in danger of disappearance in this same territory.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6044\"
