Tasting Note Round wine, balsamic, menthol and mineral. Pure elegance!
Grape Varieties 75% Grenache, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah.
Fermentación 28ºC – 30ºC / 20 days maceration.
Aging 14 months in French new oak barrels.
Alcohol 14,5 %
Production 150 bottles. Collector’s Edition.
Presentation An individual wooden box
Temperature 16-18 ºC
Food Pairing Red and pink meats, cured cheeses, game, subtle dishes with spices and/or fruit sauces.
