16th June 11am – THE CHOIR OS KAMMERKOR IN CONCERT AT MAS BLANCH I JOVÉ’S WINERY
Next SUNDAY, June 16th at 12 o’clock, the Norwegian choir, Os Kammerkor, will perform a concert at the Mas Blanch i Jové’s barrels room on their tour in Catalonia.
Os Kammerkor comes from the western part of Norway, specifically from a small city, Os, near the house of the great composer Edward Grieg. Founded in 1976, Os Kammerkor is formed by 27 singers, directed by Ann Elisabeth Tveit. Its repertoire is varied, as in addition to music by Greig, the choir will sing popular songs and popular hymns, both in Norwegian, English and Spanish. An opportunity to approach the sounds of Norwegian culture and to review some modern western classics.
The concert at the Mas Blanch and Jové’s winery will be free and an hour before, at 11 am, there will be an open session to visit the winery and taste the oil of Molí del Set, with bread and chocolate, as well as the wines of Mas Blanch i Jové.
