Tasting Note	Pale green yellow. Intense tropical and white fruit aroma with hints of citrus and flowers. Creamy and full mouth, very fresh and fruity.
Grape Varieties	70% White Grenache, 22% Macabeo, 5% Viognier, 3% Riesling.
Fermentation	4 hours maceration, static racking and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 º C.
Alcohol	14º
Packaging	In cases of 6 or 12 units.
Temperature	8ºC – 10ºC
Food pairings	White meat, fish, rice and pastas.
