Tasting Note Intense and vivid red colour with blue elements. Complex aroma, elegant and mature with highlights of red and back fruits accompanied by a blend of balsamic and ansieed flavours that provide a distinct freshness. Soft yet potent on the palate, consistent and elegant with an emergence of forest fruits and sweet spcies. Velvety and fresh tannins.
Grape Varieties 70% Black Grenache, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah.
Fermentation 28ºC – 30ºC / 20 day maceration.
Aging 14 months in new French oak barrels (85%) and American (15%) medium and light toasted.
Alcohol 14,5º
Presentation In cases of 6 units of 75 cl. Magnum bottle (1.5 L) in individual cardboard box.
Temperature 16ºC – 18ºC.
Food pairings Red meats, game, subtle dishes with spices and/or fruity sauces.
